■ Mock-up means?
It refers to the completed products designed in the same as the drawings created in product
development stage. It is produced for design check and supplement flaws. Mock-up shortens the
required time for product approval, production, and sales
 
■ Types of mock-up
● Design Mock-up
It refers to designing the surface shape of product to review product appearance. This mock-up is to make sure a perfect design by reviewing and modifying sensitivity and shape such as form, structure, color, etc
 
● Working Mock-up
It refers to manufacturing to facilitate actual operation by assembling external and internal parts of the product. This mock-up is to minimize unnecessary cost waste over entire production processes before mass production by reviewing and supplementing functions and performance. It is made for applications like buyer consultation, fairs, exhibitions, etc

■ What is vacuum casting?
The completed products can be acquired by curing for two hours in 60-degree drying oven after injecting liquid resin into the silicon tool under vacuum state after manufacturing silicon tool with silicon resin by using master. (This is called vacuum casting method. By utilizing master, with silicon resins, 15 to 20 ea can be produced only with 1 ea master.
